Shipping policy

At Vintage, all outfits are made to order, except for Ready to Ship Articles - production begins only once an order is placed, so timelines cannot be expedited. We encourage customers to plan purchases accordingly, particularly for formal and occasion wear. The timelines below are estimates; once dispatched, orders are handed to our courier partner, and transit or customs clearance may occasionally extend delivery beyond our control.

- If an order contains items with different delivery timelines, the entire order will be dispatched together based on the item with the longer delivery timeline.
- Ready to Ship orders are dispatched within 48 - 72 hours.
- When an order combines Ready to Ship and made to order pieces - whether placed together or added afterward - the entire order is dispatched together on the longer, made to order timeline, unless you request a separate shipment.
- If you'd like an RTS item shipped separately from the rest of your order, this can be arranged for an additional shipping charge.
SHIPPING CHARGES, CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or surcharges set by the destination country, product value, and local regulations. These charges are not included in the price of your order and must be paid directly to the courier company handling your delivery. Vintage does not handle customs clearance or delivery - this is managed entirely by our third-party logistics/courier partner. These charges:
- Are the customer's responsibility and must be paid directly to the courier for the order to clear customs.
- Cannot be predicted or controlled by Vintage.
- Are not eligible for refund, dispute, or chargeback if left unpaid or if the order is refused at customs as a result.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel an order within 48 hours of purchase. Approved cancellations incur a 10% fee on the amount paid, with the remaining balance refunded to your original payment method; refunds can take up to 15 working days to reflect, depending on the payment method used. Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours and are strictly non-refundable from that point on.
Vintage reserves the right to cancel or decline any order - in full or in part - for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, failed payment verification, suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity, or an inability to confirm order details or deliver to the address provided. When Vintage cancels an order for these reasons, the full amount paid is refunded and the 10% fee above does not apply.
Vintage also reserves the right to update this policy at any time, to request additional verification on high-value or unusual orders, and is not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by courier disruptions, customs processing, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
