Return & Exchange Policy
- All Vintage outfits are made to order, therefore we do not offer exchanges or refunds due to customer preference (size, color, or style).
- An exchange or store credit will only be issued in the rare case of a defective or incorrect item, provided that:
- The product is unused and undamaged.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- We do not offer refunds
- We do not offer exchange or refund for international customers
- For international customers with orders delivered in Pakistan, the recipient must check and report issues within 48 hours of receipt. Beyond this period, Vintage will not entertain exchanges, refunds, chargebacks, or compensation.
- No exchange or refund will be applicable on: unstitched, ready-to-ship, discounted, Instant Delivery or customized orders.
