Return & Exchange Policy

Any article bought from VINTAGE can be easily exchanged within 7 days ONLY. If the article isn’t received at our facility within 7 days of purchase, we are not liable to exchange.

•⁠ ⁠VINTAGE does not provide refund of any product in any case. If the item is faulty, we will provide a replacement.

•⁠ ⁠The Product must be tagged, unworn & in its original condition for an exchange.

•⁠ ⁠The customer must send the original piece back on their own expense to the shipping address to initiate an exchange.

•⁠ ⁠There will be no exchange/return/refund on the sale articles. Exchanged item’s delivery time shall be 2 weeks, as we are a made-to-order business and exchange order will be processed as a new order.

•⁠ ⁠VINTAGE does not provide exchange/refund for international orders.

•⁠ ⁠If a customer does not like the color of the outfit once received, we are not liable to change it

•⁠ If you choose a wrong size, we can not change it free of cost & change fee of 2500/- will be applicable
