The customer service is ridiculously terrible 😢 The madam/ma’am on the other end (I think that is what they call her) was so rude that she hung up on me while I was explaining that they are making me pay for two shipping companies.
The order went to the UAE first, then to the USA, so they are charging twice for TCL and UPS in America.
Not only did they mislead their customers, but the package also had nowhere their Vintage products mentioned. When I asked why the company name and address were not on the package, she said the address was, which was literally a UAE address. They used only the street name from Pakistan (which, given her limited knowledge, she thought couldn’t be in Dubai🤭), but the rest of the address was from Dubai.
Overall, I am calling my bank to dispute the amount, and they will have to pay the double shipping charges upon returning it.
